The 28-year-old fashion maven tied the knot with German model Johannes Huebl – whom she has been dating since 2008 – in a romantic ceremony in front of their family and two friends at a quiet park in Bedford, New York.
Writing on her official website OliviaPalermo.com, she explained: “We really wanted to keep this beautiful day very private and special to us and enjoyed the whole day with our family and two friends. Bedford is such an amazing and romantic countryside.”
But we still didn’t have a clear picture of her engagement ring. Looks like a cushion-cut yellow diamond—I’d say three carats, max—with trapezoid-shaped side stones on a plain band. I give it two enthusiastic thumbs up.
The couple had originally planned to tie the knot in St. Bart’s – where Johannes proposed last December – later this year, but reportedly brought the date forward as the model had been experiencing issues with his visa, which may have meant he would have had to leave the US sooner.
